ASCENDENT LLC

SCOPE OF WORK: Ascendent LLC has performed the selective demolition required for the conversion to Supercenters at the Shelton, Bonney Lake, South Hill and Spanaway stores. The typical scope of work includes complete removal of the existing customer service areas, general entry and exterior structural masonry walls where the addition is added. All work takes place while the stores had shoppers and employees carrying out there day as usual with out interruption.

SCOPE OF WORK: Complete removal of the entire south wall, selective foundation demolition, Remove a freight and passenger elevator, Gutting of the first floor to a clean structure, Saw cutting and removing concrete walls and slabs.

SCOPE OF WORK:  To strip the existing 120,000 SF 2 story structure of all interior construction, electrical systems, mechanical and exterior finishes in 4 weeks. Ascendent also performed excavation and grading for the new loading dock and sidewalks.

SCOPE OF WORK: The country club building suffered from water intrusion causing rot and mold through out the structure. Ascendent was contracted to remove various elements of the building including deck membranes, siding, structural stair systems and supporting members. Ascendents Long Reach excavator played a key role in performing serious selective demolition in sensitive areas where disturbing the landscaping or damaging the hard surfaces was not an option.
